This page is dedicated to our little baby boy, Malachi Elias.

I am replacing our sonograms with new pictures of Malachi.  We hope you enjoy them as much as we do and that you return often.

Why Malachi Elias for a name? Malachi means, "His (God's)Messenger" and Elias means, "Yahweh is my God."
The Lord gave me the name Malachi years ago. Because I had the first name I felt Brian should choose the second name. We checked the meaning and felt it was a good name.

Will there be a nickname? If God gave the name Malachi why would I call my son anything else?

Malachi was unsure of his first two baths but now he seems at ease. Mommy bathes Malachi and daddy talks to him to keep him occupied!

This hat always ends up over Malachi's eyes. It helps that he is asleep. Thanks to Aunt Teri for sending it to us because his other hats are too small now!!

The king sleeping in his swing i.e. on his throne. This always makes Malachi go to the bathroom. He usually has a bowel movement while swinging. This is one of those rare occasions that he fell asleep instead. He must not have had to gone.

This was taken Tuesday, February 24, 2004 when we went out to dinner. Malachi slept the whole time (see the "Hat and Carrier" picture above).
